Josiephine Santiago
Josie Santiago has worked with the City’s Food Services division since 2008. During this time she has worked numerous catering events that range from small to large, at the City’s concession stands and cafes, as well as, manages the food trucks program for the city on public grounds. Currently, she oversees the venue at Burnaby Lake Pavilion. Helen McConaghy
Helen McConaghy has worked with the City’s Food Services division for more than half her life. In that time, she has seen the department grow to include several restaurants and an expert catering department - which she now leads.
