Riverway Wedding Packages
Have your wedding at the beautiful Riverway Clubhouse. Our year is split into three seasons with different price points.
January, February & November (Low Season):
Host a stunning winter wedding. Pricing for Fridays and Sundays is $140 per seat and Saturdays $150 per seat. Minimum of 110 seats, maximum capacity 210.
March, April, October & December (Mid Season):
For these months, pricing for Fridays and Sundays is $150 per seat and $160 per seat on Saturdays. Minimum of 130 seats, maximum capacity 210.
May, June, July, August & September (High Season):
As the busiest wedding season, these dates often fill up quickly and are subject to higher pricing. Fridays and Sundays are priced at $160 per seat and Saturdays are $170 per seat. Minimum of 150 seats, maximum capacity 210.
Our wedding package presents most everything you’ll need to make your day as seamless and special as possible, and includes:
- Grand Wedding Buffet
- Use of banquet room*
- Use of podium and wireless handheld microphone
- Dance floor
- Full standard set-up and take-down of reception
- Service staff and bartender
- White table linens, cloth napkins and table settings
- Cake table
- Signing table
- Complimentary parking (based on availability during peak season)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Standardized floor plan provided (customization welcome, additional fee may apply)
*Please note: Clubhouses are limited to only setting up, taking down and storing their own in-house décor, supplies, technology and other items. Furniture, items and decoration in the lobby, executive room and other common areas remain as they are for events and are subject to change throughout the year.
The Grand Wedding Buffet Menu
- Assorted artisan rolls and butter
- Artisan mixed greens with sundried tomato & oregano vinaigrette dressing
- Thai-inspired noodle salad
- Saffron-scented Basmati rice
- Roasted Yukon Gold garlic mashed potatoes
- Market vegetables
- Penne with grilled vegetables and marinara (upgrade to Lobster Mac n' Cheese - $5 per person)
- Oven-roasted chicken breast with mushroom Marsala cream sauce
- Oven-roasted Pacific cod with ponzu sauce
- Chef-attended AAA roast beef carvery with demi-glace (upgrade to Prime Rib - $10 per person)
- Chef’s selection of assorted desserts
- Premium coffee and assorted teas
Customized menus and upgrade options are also available. If you have any specific dietary requests or requirements, please let our staff know so that we may provide you with available options.
Let us host both your wedding ceremony and reception. Wedding ceremonies are $2,000 (including taxes) for either an indoor or outdoor ceremony and 120 white folding chairs are included in all packages.
