Alan Emmott Centre Catering Packages

Our catering packages present most everything you’ll need to make your day as seamless as possible.  Plus, rental is included – or available at a reduced rate – when using certain CITY Catering packages for your event.

The City of Burnaby’s CITY Catering Department presents a range of breakfast options for your gathering or corporate meeting.  

Continental Breakfast 
(Minimum 10 guests, $23.50 per person)

  • Assorted mini baked goods
  • Fresh fruit platter

  • Premium coffee, assorted tea and ice water
  • Choice of two: apple, cranberry or orange juice

Hot Breakfast / Miss Sunshine
(Minimum 20 guests, $27 per person)

  • Scrambled eggs with herbs
  • Breakfast sausage
  • Country-style potato hash
  • Premium coffee, assorted tea and ice water
  • Choice of two: apple, cranberry or orange juice

Additional menu items:

Host your corporate meeting or social gathering – such as birthday or anniversary parties – at the Alan Emmott Centre or Burnaby Lake Pavilion with this casual and relaxed event. These menus are perfect for throwing a BBQ-style event (but without all the prep, cooking and clean-up). Plus, receive 25% off the venue rental with a minimum spend of $2,500 on catering services.

The Original Grill
(Minimum 20 guests; $25 per adult and $15 per child aged 4-11 PLUS approx. $300 for BBQ rental)

  • China Service – $10 per person
  • Banquet labour, including extra set-up and take-down services for your event – $30/hour per staff member.
  • Bar supplies, including glassware and garnishes such as wedges of lemon and lime, olives, ice and other cocktail accompaniments – $250 per set up
  • Bar labour (bartender services) – $30/hour per staff member
  • Bar package, including bar set up, supplies (e.g. glassware and garnishes such as wedges of lemon and lime, olives, ice, etc.) and bartender services for up to a maximum of 6 hours – $475/package
