Mintara Wedding Packages

Have your wedding at the Mintara atop Burnaby Mountain. Our year is split into two seasons with different price points. (taxes included, gratuities not required)

May-September:
$170 per seat. Minimum of 80 seats required, maximum capacity 110. 

October-April:
$140 per seat. Minimum of 80 seats required, maximum capacity 110. 

Our wedding package presents most everything you’ll need to make your day as seamless and special as possible, and includes:

  • Individually Plated Dinner Menu
  • Use of banquet room**
  • Use of bridal room**
  • Use of AV equipment
  • Service staff and bartender
  • Cloth napkins, table settings
  • Cake table / cake cart
  • Signing table
  • Complimentary parking (based on availability during peak season)
  • Standardized floor plan provided (cannot be customized)

* Pricing is per seat, regardless of age of guest. High chairs can be provided at no cost.
** Furniture, items and decorations in the lobby, patio, bridal room and other common areas remain as they are for events and are subject to change throughout the year.

First Course

• Sautéed Garlic Prawns Salad
Tuscan green salad with candied pecans, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, feta, sun-dried tomatoes and oregano

Entrée Course

• Steak & Lobster
8oz Angus beef with 3oz Atlantic lobster, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Vegetarian & vegan options available.

Dessert

• Dessert station

• Premium coffee and tea station

Wedding Ceremonies

Host your wedding ceremony among this scenic backdrop. Depending on the month, Mintara is pleased to accommodate with outdoor ceremonies...

  • May-September: Outdoor Ceremonies.
    (In sunny/dry weather, ceremonies held in the Rose Garden. In inclement weather, ceremonies held inside the venue with guests seated at tables. Tables cannot be moved or rearranged.)
  • 84 white folding chairs are included in package.
  • Wireless hand-held microphone & Bose sound system included in package.

Wedding ceremony at the Rose Garden is $2,200 (taxes included).

The rose garden is a public park, with several onlookers, we will do our best to ensure that the public is not part of the ceremony.
