A Spook-tacular Time at the Village
Have a hauntingly good time at the Burnaby Village Museum this Halloween (Oct. 26-29) with fiendishly fun activities for the whole family. While here, be sure to stop by the old-fashioned Ice Cream Parlour for a tasty treat.
Take some time to explore the Haunted Village under the cover of darkness among ghosts and goblins… mwaa haa haa. Be brave and bold and discover the unexpected around every corner.
This upcoming Halloween event offers up a frighteningly fun time. Be sure to don your most creative costumes and your dancing shoes, and join the ghoulishly festive Hill Street Bash. Take some time to peer in at the "by-invitation-only" party at the Love Farmhouse. Here, the treats are perfectly seasonal — rat kabobs, lady fingers and even some cracker bats. Plus, any witches are sure to appreciate the selection of brooms and repair services at the "Broom Closet" at the Royal Oak Garage.
Come for the fun of it and enjoy the trick-or-treating (for kids), entertainment and a carousel rides.
The Haunted Village takes place from Oct. 26-29, from 6-9pm. Cost for adults/youth/seniors is $14 and $9 for children aged 2-12 years (taxes included). Admission is free for members. Tickets are available online or at the door.
